Cenforce is an oral therapy for dealing with impotence in males.
Cenforce is used for treating erectile dysfunction (ED) in males. It contains sildenafil citrate which inhibits Phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE 5) resulting in manifestation of action of cGMP which causes erection during sexual stimulation. It does not act as aphrodisiac, it requires an external stimuli to act. Sildenafil is the first medicine launched by Pfizer as a treatment of erectile dysfunction. It does not cure the main cause of ED.
Cenforce is intended to be taken by mouth only with a glass full of water. One pill should be taken about 30 minutes preceding intercourse. Its effect lasts for 4 hours. Discuss with your doctor before using it.
Do not take it more than once a day. Maintain a dosing interval of 24 hours. Use of grapefruit juice and meals rich in fats must be avoided with Cenforce as they delay the action and enhance side effects of Cenforce.
Cenforce should not be used with other treatments that cause erection or nitrates, because they can cause your blood pressure to drop very low. This may cause dizziness, fainting, heart attack, or stroke. Women, children and people with sensitivity to any component of the drug can't use it.
Possible side effect
The most common side effects are stomach upset, headache, flushing, heartburn, nasal stuffiness, dizziness or diarrhea, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, prolonged (longer than 4 hours), or painful erection.
